North Attleboro firefighters battled heavy fire conditions upon arrival at 240 Towne St early on the morning of 3-8-11. The fire appears to have started in a camping trailer and extended to a two story garage destroying both. Firefighters did a tremendous job saving the recently renovated house which was not far from the garage. Mansfield, and Plainville provided mutual aid at the scene and North Cumberland RI covered the central station. No one was injured.
